IMPORTANT:ZOE no longer includes a CGM. The next-generation kit is gut microbiome only - CGM and blood-fat testing were removed entirely, and ZOE now predicts glucose and blood fat response algorithmically. US membership:Start $24.99/mo rolling for 4 months, Core $9.99/mo rolling for 12 months. ZOE Plus (app only, no test) $99.99/yr or $15.99/mo. Not available in New York.
