NO PRESCRIPTION is required, unlike the earlier M1 which needed one. Bundled with Ultrahuman Premium and Jade AI insights. A one-year plan exists shipping 26 sensors in four batches every 10 weeks, but Ultrahuman does not publish its price, so the annual figure here is 12 x the monthly rate and is likely an overestimate.
